# AIEP Governing Law

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all agreements, licences, participation arrangements, and access permissions associated with the Architected Instruction & Evidence Protocol (AIEP) ecosystem are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**.

## Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with AIEP-related agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of **England and Wales**, unless the parties mutually agree to resolve the matter through arbitration.

## International arbitration
Where disputes involve parties located outside the UK, the parties may agree to resolve disputes through international arbitration applying the governing law of England and Wales. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration may be conducted in London.
