## Public downloads
Public documentation, white papers, schemas, and repo releases are freely downloadable.

## Restricted downloads
Some materials are NDA-gated.

### VPN restrictions
VPN/proxy/anonymized network restrictions apply **only to restricted downloads** to protect evidential logging integrity. Public downloads are unaffected.

## Evidential logging
Restricted downloads may generate an event log entry recording timestamp, document identifier, NDA version, and integrity checks.

## Governing law
England and Wales.
