# AIEP Development Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By downloading or accessing restricted development materials from the AIEP Hub, the recipient agrees to the terms below.

## Purpose
Some AIEP development materials are shared to enable collaboration while protecting confidential implementation detail.

## Confidential information
Includes detailed SaaS specs, development packs, prototypes, and unpublished implementation designs. Public documentation and white papers are not confidential.

## Obligations
Confidential materials will not be redistributed publicly and will be used solely for evaluation, collaboration, or internal research.

## No partnership created
Access or discussion does not create a partnership or ownership relationship unless a formal written agreement is executed.

## Term
Five years from date of access.

## Governing law
England and Wales.
