# Builder Programme

The Builder Programme invites developers and institutions to help build AIEP-powered vertical products.

The programme exists to:

- prove AIEP in production systems
- create commercial opportunities for builders
- disseminate the architecture through real adoption

## First two verticals

### Forecast
A construction contract administration platform built around **events and evidence**, capable of producing defensible evidence packs.

### Qardl 2.0
A verifiable identity and enterprise trust layer.  
If you cannot obtain a Qardl-verified profile, you should not obtain enterprise access to AIEP-powered SaaS.

## Participation concept

Builders who materially contribute may be offered **up to 10%** participation in a specific vertical.

- subject to proof and contract
- revenue is not guaranteed
- no partnership exists until a written agreement is executed

If delivered via an educational institution, allocations may be routed to the institution (subject to agreement).

## NDA access

Some detailed materials are shared under NDA.

Application to partner implies acceptance of the NDA.

Restricted downloads:
- are logged evidentially
- may be blocked from VPN/proxy/anonymised networks (restricted only)

## Contribution expectation

Partners are encouraged to publish Mirror support across websites/apps they manage as part of meaningful ecosystem contribution.
